Is it really a sale?
A price on its own tells you nothing. The same number is a bargain or a markup, depending on what came before it. PricePing keeps the prices recorded after you start tracking, so you can compare today with what we have seen before.

Which stores does it work with?
Almost any online store. PricePing has read prices from Amazon, Nike, Zara, Uniqlo, Lululemon, Allbirds, Gymshark, Noon, Namshi and Shopify shops. It reads the price from the store’s own page, in the store’s own currency. If a link can’t be tracked, the app tells you, and you can let us know at [email protected].
How often does it check?
Every product you track is checked at least once a day. Our servers check it every 12–24 hours, even when the app is closed, and your phone can check more often while PricePing is open or in the background (the operating system controls background timing). A store blocking a check can delay a fresh price.
What happens when a store blocks us?
We try another way to read the price. If we still cannot read it, we keep the last successful price and show when it was checked. A fresh price is never guaranteed for a page we cannot access.
What does it cost?
A subscription is required to start tracking in the app. The purchase screen shows the plans available to you, product limits, local prices, billing periods and any eligible trial. Your app store manages billing and cancellation.
Does it know prices from before I started tracking?
Your price history builds from the checks recorded after you add a product. It does not recover the store’s earlier price history.
Will I get a price drop today?
That depends on the store. We alert you when a check finds a drop that matches your rule. Adding a product does not make its price fall.
How do I cancel?
In the Subscriptions section of your iOS settings, at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple takes the payment, so Apple handles cancellations and refunds under its own terms.
How do I delete my account?
From the Account tab in the app. It takes effect immediately and removes your account, your tracked products and their price history. Cancel your subscription separately in your iOS settings: deleting the account does not stop the billing.
